and Philosophy
Practice Description
Clinical hypnotherapy. Recognizing behavior modification as
a core to making lifestyle changes, Claudia Noonan and her
husband, Mike, opened the Glendora office of Positive Changes
Hypnosis in 1999. Services are provided for weight management;
smoking cessation; stress management; Mind-over-Cancer™;
childbirth; academic, sales and sports performance enhancement;
and self-confidence among other behavioral issues. Hypnosis
was approved by the American Medical Association in 1958.
The Glendora practice is recommended as part of the Blue Cross
Healthy Connections. Programs are based on individual needs.
They include personalized and group sessions, with a focus
on developing each client’s ability to make healthy
choices.
Philosophy
Our focus is on health – mental, physical, emotional
- guiding each client to tap into the incredible power of
his or her own mind (the “inside fix”) where habits
are learned and reinforced. In order for success to last,
we must be willing to own it. I believe hypnosis can benefit
almost every individual who wishes to make natural and positive
behavioral changes. I give my personal promise that each client’s
needs, goals and desires will always be our top priority.
