Practice and Philosophy
Practice Description
Traditional psychotherapy and counseling services
provided to individuals, couples, families and children, as
well as integrative approaches using mind-body healing in
helping clients create an emotional, physical and spiritual
balance in their lives.
Philosophy
Integration and balance of body, mind and spirit is at the
heart of Denise's work. Her therapy practice is based on a
variety of approaches including cognitive-behavioral therapy,
brief and solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy,
as well as techniques based on body energy and humanistic
psychology. She uses an integrative approach, incorporating
cutting-edge treatment interventions combined with well-researched
methods
to help clients restore balance.
