Practice Description
As a massage therapist for over twenty years, I have integrated Swedish-American massage and visualization to reduce stress, relax and ease muscle pain, and provide visualization techniques clients may use to relax at any time.

Philosophy
I believe that massage therapy is beneficial to all aspects of our bodies. It promotes physical, mental, and emotional wellness as it releases stored toxins, revives stressed muscles, and increases circulation, giving you a sense of wellbeing.
