Practice and Philosophy

Practice Description
Through my own company, Balanced Therapies, I bring massage therapy to corporate or private events for rehab or relaxation. I also offer massage part-time at Piel Fina, a skin care salon, and LA Fitness, and teach water movement therapy at a local senior facility. During finals week, I provide chair massage for students in college settings.

Philosophy
I believe our bodies have an incredible ability to heal themselves, if we listen, and set up the right conditions. We must address the condition of the mind/body/spirit connection to truly heal ourselves and create an environment of total wellness.
